How Does Stress Affect Blood Glucose Levels?

If I don't eat anything for, let's say, 90 minutes after that run, what's going to happen to my blood glucose levels? If I'm not immediately restocking them, are they going to then is this an example of where they will then plummet? That's a really good question because it brings up a good point. Our bodies are really good at maintaining normal, maintaining that homeostasis. So most likely 30 minute easy run didn't eat for 90 minutes. Most people are just going to maintain that blood sugar. Their bodies are going to figure out how to just kind of keep it between that 70 and 100 where we kind of function the best until we eat again.
