What's the Cut Off of a Tournament?
Tournament directors or whoever owns a tournament is putting some money in their pocket. The tournaments cut is about $45. Now that's all expenses. And then, you know, what's 300 bucks entry? Each boat pays 300 bucks. So at the end of the day, you may walk away with 500 bucks or something in your pocket. That's all you're going to make off tournament. You do make money, but you're not getting rich by any means.
