The Importance of Soft Skills in Design School

There's no one way to be a design leader, it's all about context. Every organization is unique and we need to keep that empathy in mind with each other just as we do in our work for users. We should certainly be designing our own practice for organizations but I don't know if we should necessarily design the whole organization. If you have a very consensus oriented organization, you will fail if you don't get people out doing user interviews with you or co-designing with you with the whiteboard. You're supposed to do that. There's no one answer and the way you design the project varies.
