The US Treasury's Bullish on CK Proofs

The basis model and token valuations aren't very, very clear right now. I think this is a question that should be analyzed more across DeFi tokens. The US Treasury is bullish on CK proofs, which was interesting to see. So it's worth just double clicking into kind of, okay, how does this work?
