What Does This Mean for Me?
I would say blame is actually uninteresting. What's important for the organization is to know what are we doing about it constructively. The system has been designed to pivot us against each other. And I need to unravel that as the kind of benevolent dictator of the system. If you start from there then you can be very authentic without blaming people.
