The Story of CJ's Death at the Oak Tree

Tabitha told investigators that she thought CJ was putting her life in danger by driving recklessly. Tabitha actually went to the apartment building a couple of days after the beat down at the oak tree and wanted to use their bathroom. She saw James walk out of the bathroom and walked right past her, went into the bathroom, closed the door. And then all of a sudden she heard moaning and she pulled back the shower curtain and saw CJ in the bathtub.
