This week we are back with another deflationary episode of Money Tree Investing. Well almost, as deflation has taken a pause as the PCE went up more than expected. 0.6% vs 0.4%

We spend a lot of time discussing the housing market and aspects that you may not be thinking about. Do you own rental property, or AirBNB, or any real estate... You need to hear this. You may even need to hear this 5-6 times. But make sure you understand what we are saying. If you don't this year may be quite painful for you. 

BTW did you know that the distrust of the media is at a all time high of 50%? That is a very high percentage of the population that is not paying attention. We discuss why it is 50%
