i had seen on television a local news broadcast saying how that this technology was reluctant to be brought on at first because the state police of massachusetts didn't want to pay for it. And i remember hearing one of the cops on televisions say, he, i think this is great. I even bought stock in it. Found out later that the trooper, you know, basically had inside information when he bought andd had to give his profits back on that. But it didn't prevent me from coming up with the idea.
