The SEC seems uncomfortable in saying literally anything other than Bitcoin is not a security. I don't think you need necessarily enforcement from the government to like do crypto assets bidding, but you do need clear policy position that for example, self-hosted wallets are just your wallet and they're fine. A little bit more clarity on tokenization would be helpful. And all of this, what it does,It's a gigantic drag on investment in the space, both by companies or investment firms who have to deploy capital,. But also by talented individuals who wonder if they should dedicate one in three and five and 10 years of their career.
