The One Thing That I'm Not Sure About Is Fatigue

Each set is going to come with a little bit more fatigue within the training session right each time I do a set there's going to be a little more fatigue. metabolite related fatigue is going to increase very fast which is going to call some central nervous system fatigue and calcium I are on related fatigue. peripheral fatigue that happens at the fiber level that's going to happen slow and it's going to go up but it can even call central fatigue and subsequent workouts so when we that again the revelation of that to me was like wow to make training really really productive we have to find ways to mitigate those fatigue.
