Alison: My current head of product started me as an intern almost six years, directly out of a mathematics degree. And he met his partner at that time at our previous company, and he's about to have a baby, like we're a month away. Alison: I hear it's a very full circle moment of mentoring someone and going from intern to them, seeing them become a father. What is it from that somebody that really impacted you? Are there lessons to be learned there that you apply what your colleagues at work?
