O'Neill: Nobody likes to be told what to do. We want our kids to stimulate their thinking, get them to think about what's going on in their own lives. If we're not creating our days around when our kids are receptive, than we're missing out on opportunities. When you're driving with your son or daughter, casually engage in some conversation and see where that conversation leads but have an intent and a purpose for that.
