How Much Training Did They Do in the First Week of Training?

They didn't have any experience with this kind of interval training. So t was, it was four minute intervals or eight minute intervals that were supposed to be all out. The first week was about one or two sessions, and then the second week,. It was a three sessions, as i recall. And they progressed until the over training week, which was almost daily. They hadlike one rest day during theer training week. Ye yets.
