Luxury department stores are really very mature. And it's very mature business model partially because of the reliance on older customers. Neither Sax Avenue or Neiman Marcus has done a particularly good job of attracting younger customers which is probably a whole other episode. But there's also things like lots more competition not only from the net apportes and asosas and farfetchs of the world but probably even more so from many of the vendors that sell into Neiman Marcus and Sax.
