The Risk of Re-Pricing at Higher Rates
There's a reasonable degree of resilience in there, but certainly flagging out and housing market context that risk of just those people re-pricing at higher rates than what they might have been tested at. So yeah, it wasn't uneventful. It's probably the best word for it. There were some little snippets, but not a game changer. And mortgage sales are still relatively low. I know I've seen some sort of random reporting here and there of the number of properties listed as a mortgage sale is starting to lift.
