Is There a Difference Between Current Self and Future Self in Real Estate Investing?

Axtay: Whenever i have a something of value to day, a lot of equity and property, it's almost always from a decision i made somewhere between three to five years ago. Like whatever thing i'm buying right now will benefit future david in five years tremendously. It's not going to do a ton for me right off the back, but it will later. Axtay: If i were starting to day now, there's a piece of advice out there that probably 99 point eiht seven, three % of bigger pockets listeners know and can recite. But when you the problem with that advice is everybody can recite it, but very few people can actually do it.
