The Classics of African Cinema
When I first started going to Fespacco, there wasn't very much representation of Anglophone Africa. It was mainly Frank alone. But now you jump forward all those decades and you look at what is on the streaming platforms now. There are some great films on there but they're determined by a different taste. And a different time and a different way of filmmaking.
