How Big Should We Be?

Stripe's headcount is used as a proxy for the maturity of the business. I don't think hiring is the win, right? The win is what you're doing against your mission and ultimately your revenue and profitability. So we had to assess were we actually matched up against where we should be with respect to the size of the sales team,. which by the way, was two people when I joined.
