What Is an Eco System?

Every eco system ultimately is fined in some way by a platform, right? There has to be some common technical basis for interaction amongst all the players. If you don't have multiple niches, then i'm not sure exactly what it might be, but it's definitely not an eco system. In any particular niche, you can also have companies that are complimenting what you're doing, or they might be competing with you. It's really clear that in any niche, right, there's going to be competitors. Your role as a company is to figure out which niche you're in and which companies in that niche and in the surrounding niches are either partners or prey.
