How to Keep Track of Your Trades

I'm a big proponent of handwriting pen on paper rather than keyboarding it. There's a lot of research is plus my own just experience personally as a trader and working as a coach that when we write with a pen we're more involved and engaged and committed to what we're writing. So I would just say, you know, even if you want to keep track of your trades on your computer on a spreadsheet that's fine. But I'm just suggesting that you also want to have a pen and paper journal as well.
