The Importance of Russian Language Sources in the War

CNN's Jake Tapper has been working on a series about Russian oligarchs. He found it difficult to get interviews with people in Russia because they don't speak the same language as him. But he was able to work out some of the connections between oil and gas companies, among other things. The project is called "Sad Oligarch" which means 'sadly rich' but also refers to those who have bought up shares in businesses that are owned by government or political parties.
