Introduction

Incumbent Kirsten Senema will possibly defend her seat as an independent against two foes. Ruben Gaiago, a well-funded representative who can be said to have chased Senema out of the Democratic Party and an as yet unnamed GOP challenger. All to convince the National Democratic Party to either sit this one out or to help remove a sitting senator who caucuses with the Democrats. And among their options, a woman who claims she's the rightful governor of the Grand Canyon State despite losing last fall.
