The Death of a Latter-Day Saint
Eric was a member in good standing with the Church of Latter-day Saints. He did make the personal decision to drink alcohol occasionally, and especially when celebrating. His wife Corey made him a Moscow mule as part of their celebration. She left her phone plugged in next to his bed so she wouldn't know how long it had been since he last drank. Eric died at 3am from an apparent brain aneurysm.
