Zillow is moving to cloud HQ permanently in July 2020. What does that mean? It means we enable everyone to work from home, so there's this flexibility. We fully believe in connection and you have to break bread with your colleagues. You actually have to sit with people and teach them some of the work they need to do or have those really big strategic conversations together.
