On his fourth day in office, larry krasner fired 30 career prosecutors without warning. It is one of the most shocking and drastic shake ups of the philadelphia district attorney's office that anyone can recall. Rasner stopped prosecuting some low level offences altogether, like mariwana possession and prostitution. He drastically reduced the number of people on probation and parole. Andy made big changes to the city's bail system. There is absolutely no reason why someone who will show up for court should sit in jail for days or weeks because they can't post a small amount of bail.
