There are nine gun deaths per 100,000 people in Texas, it's 15.6%. We're not because of the, not because of a difference in mass shootings,. No, just pure to gun deaths across, across the board. It does seem like numerically it happens with a lower frequency. And also, I think there's an exhaustion among the public that regardless of one's ideological priors, it is horrifying to feel so unsafe.
