How to Hire the Right Person for a Design Company
I feel that vague or over demanding job descriptions are the first thing. Where is design reporting into? I was very curious about that because sometimes you're gonna get weird answers. Sometimes there are red flag is just that they tell you that things are hectic, which is in a way a red flag. If you spot toxicity or like ego stuff in an interview, that's pretty dark.
