A bad night's sleep, that affects the relationship. Or can be the opposite way, a fight with your your spouse,. Then you don't sleep well, and then it just perpetuates. I am a general clinical psychologist, but people generally come to me for sleep issues. But i also see the other side of that, because i'm treating the sleep problems as well. And my patients will acknowledge that the sleep problem in one partner is having an impact on the couple as a unit.
