Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts has introduced a bill to crack down on money laundering, which is bad and financing terrorists using cryptocurrencies. The Digital Asset Anti-Money Laundering Act would bring no your customer rules to crypto participants such as wallet providers and miners. And it would prohibit financial institutions from transacting with digital asset mixers, which are tools designed to obfuscate the origin of funds.
