Artillery's C++ and JavaScript Game Engine

Artillery started out trying to build a pure JavaScript game engine and went quite a ways with that. They eventually determined that native idiomatic JavaScript was not going to be fast enough. So we started taking sort of an incremental series of steps, getting into C++ more and more. And at this point, basically what we have is a game engine that runs in the browser and as a native application.
