Episode CLXXVIII - Witches in Roman Literature
Emperors of Rome
The Sater of Trimalkio
Trimalkio says we couldn't see the witches. But he knows where the guy struck them around the middle. So it doesn't make any sense. And so that may be part of the Sater of Trimalkio. Boy dies in a slave, rushes off and skewers a woman and comes back cursed. It's like beaten up and dies a few days later. And with all his senses gone. And they've abducted the body. This time it's not a living boy, but the implication I think is that they have use for the body parts. They've left something else in its place.
