New York Tenant Protection

President Biden came out with a quote blueprint for renters bill of rights. The federal government is acknowledging that rents have risen faster than people's incomes and tenants need additional protections. But Biden also said it's mainly up to the state and local governments to implement any extra protections. New York went in the opposite direction and did away with a different tenant protection last week.
