Is There a Scale of Free Will?

The idea of free will is not something that applies when you zoom in to space and time, it only applies to an extended being. You would have a notion of extension, extendedness from different temporal slices of the same person or same entity. Sean Gallagher makes exactly the same argument explicitly in an activist interventions about how we're looking at the wrong scale for free will. And so then maybe the decision isn't about what you did at that moment, which is why neuroscience has been accused of screwing up this notion of blame.
