When you start a company around your passion, it's not enabling you to work on that passion. So i was splitting my time so much with the manageral duties and executive duties - as much as you coulda son an executive at that stage write. The one thing i don't want people to think is that, like, i hated not programming, or hated the jobs associated that weren't programming. I found actually being a manager really rewarding in a lot of ways. And i loved helping people grow and being a good manager. A try to be at ti most times, hopefully a good manager of sorts. But what i realized was that i derived a lot of my passion really was programming
