What Do You Do With Your Desires?

David writes in Psalm 63 that our hunger needs not fast food nor starvation diet, but it needs the satisfaction of what verse five will call fat and rich food. It teaches us to god is weaning us off of fast food and teaching us to feast on him. David starts like this, o god, you are my god. Earnestly i seek you. He does two things thoughout the whole psalm. He remembers and he praises. And then he lifts up, he recalls and he rejoices.
