Right now, i'm the chief learning officer here at mackenzie. I look after how we think about developing our people. And that where we're linking into our firms over all strategy and the needs of our people. Aa, do you think i ougt only to want anninwhere it's one of these things where you can have multiple careers, even within an exorganization? Well, that's kind of how i've felt about my i'm doing something very different now than i was when i started out, even though it's still with mackenzie yet.
