Is This a Claims Database?

I was looking at that study have 10 million people followed for 20 years. I don't know though it made it sound because it was a claims database. It could be like a genomics kind of thing where they have like lots of samples. So, but when you phrase it in the abstract then of like, we use this data set versus we had a study with 10 million people. Now you see now you got me in.
