Kitty, we like to ask people when we bring them on, to give a little bit of advice. And so let's pretend there are people out there who struggle with being happy. What advice would you give them to improve their situation? Y, absolutely. Investing time and energy into m things that contribute to greater ness could be fruitful. Also, thinking about how to structure your day to prioritize positive experiences can also be really helpful. Rather than chasing big dreams, ritsos, trying to focus on the day to day, i think could be more fruitful as well.
