If you are in a noisy city like I used to live downtown Vancouver and there were sirens every single night or every week type of idea. Try to reduce your noise again like the ideal situation is like a cave right so it's pitch black, very quiet with some light white noise and cold. Avoid food before going to bed up to 90 minutes to two hours before you go to sleep if not more. Sticking to a regular routine this is so so important because it helps create a regular release of hormones throughout the day and throughout the night.
