The Most Important Asset Isn't Your Product, but Your Audience
The most important thing I always say, the asset isn't your products. Your asset is your audience. If you have an audience, if you have people that are paying attention to you and who like you, that is where the money is. So audience building is your first job. And it's your most important ongoing job always. You can figure out the monetization model on the back end anytime you want. There's a million ways to monetize. But none of them will make you any money if they don't have any audience. Be very clear, clarity over creativity. Don't be creative. Start with content that people are already looking for.
