"The hardest thing for me when I'm starting with depression is that the motivation to do things doesn't seem so clear because nothing really feels very good," she says. "When you've got somebody who's depending on you, just that much more likely to go." She adds: "I would say part of it's where people have gotten pulled into indoctrinated into this cult of misinformation about nutrition, wellness and food"
