The Role of Training Errors in Musculoskeletal Injury

Training errors are a leading contributing factor to the onset of injury, musculoskeletal injury, bone stress injury or tendon injury. When an athlete is well adapted they have this scope between their resting level and their maximum level. And then what happens if they get over reached or start getting cooked to use that term is that scope narrows. The chief driver for this, you know, just to be clear is too much time in this messy middle zone too.
