Half Martial Work for Arabic Runners

Two weeks out, you're nearly doing the half mires in distance, width and alternating paces based on heart race. The bread and butter sessions would be five by seven minutes at at four by 20 second hills, that's erobic threshold. Four by six minutes off 90 seconds, or a minute at lactic threshold, all minutes, all heart rates. And then two to three miles cool down. Three miles warm op three miles, cool down, six miles of that kind of work in theminute.
