The Importance of Gratitude

I'm big on practicing gratitude because the more I go down that rabbit hole of like, what other unlucky things are going to happen for me now? The more I'm just going to see these things happen. We can almost always remember incomplete tasks, but we easily forget completed tasks. If you find yourself awake at night with these incomplete tasks stressing you out, grab a pen and pad and write down a quick plan to get the job done. To put simply incomplete tasks will stick around in our memory longer than completed tasks.
