The Two Different Types of Perfectionism

Nikki: I think it's important for people to see that there are two different kinds of perfectionism. For example, generally failure is an exaggerated response to any type of performance you're called on to do as an adult. So when I've worked with adults with ADHD, I circle back to this question over and over again. What does good enough mean to you? Nikki: Many people who are perfectionists with ADHD don't talk to themselves in a nice way. You know, like somebody would have a whip and whip it on the ground.
