i started to work in corporate america when i was 24 years old. My mam helped me with that first ten % of down payment. And so this allowed me, this down payment allowed me to eventually close on aconominm unit When it was completed, it was very risky move at the time. It was rik kind of right in the middle of the real estate kind of bubble. And but it worked for me. I saw then, you know, the proof that why, like, look what happens when you prepare for the unexpected,. and you take chances and you take calculated risks.
