Theology: How to Avoid Negative Emotions

Easter is this week, and we're going to talk about the meaning of "good Friday" We are pro sunshine at the table group. It's been an awful winter in Utah; I love me some sunshine. And it did wonders for us to be out in the sunshine and then come back to literally feet and feet of snow.
