Overrated?
Dillan oens barbell squatting is highly overrated. Chin ups are one of the exercises that causes more shoulder and elbow issues than anything else. A push up with a kid who weighs 80 pounds is far more stress than doing a dumbbell press with a pair of tens. Most adults can't do one proper push up. So it's its more maxima loading a chin up. And then where was i going with the second? Oh, just because nogimic wise, there are things you should never train for. You know, there's a lot of things we're getting to greayer by bringing body weight in like benching 40 degree back rays or pistol squats
