The Importance of Customer Service in Restaurants

I'm back of house for a reason because customer service is not my strong suit as you can probably gather from any of my comments when I come back at idiots on the Internet like it's not really something that I was ever suited for. By and large I tend to stick around in the back and then when we get the complaints we can just swear and curse out the customers but they'll never know because the server will bring them whatever we had to rectify with a smile on their face and we move on. Is bardane right never eat fish on a Monday 1 million percent. Can not emphasize that enough. Like people in the middle of the United States shouldn't be going for sushi
