Adam Grant: Don't have exit interviews. Have stay interviews. One thing you recommend to people leaders and HR are having state conversations. When I started at Bambu, I was about 60 days in. And so I just said, Hey, if a recruiter called you today, would you take the call? She's like, yes, that would. So she did a lot of really important work at Bamboo outside of the core of her job.
